There were many searchlights but these were ineffective. Accurate heavy flak was encountered over target. No enemy aircraft were seen. Navigation was by D.R. and TR1335 and was good.

There was heavy and light predicted flak and large cones of searchlights in the target area and one twin engine enemy aircraft made one unsuccessful attack on Well.III, X3586, captained by S/L. Newton.
Weather was clear over target with 5/10 cloud over North Sea. Navigation was by D.R. and TR1335.

Weather was fine with a ground haze over target. Navigation was good, TR1335 being used.

Bombs were seen to burst on target and large fires were seen burning in the target area. Weather was clear except for slight haze over west portion of the North Sea. There was very little A.A. fire and few searchlights over target. No enemy aircraft were seen. Navigation by TR1335 and D.R. was good. The whole operation was very successful.
