I’m pleased to say John has just sent me a photograph of Taffy Williams , taken with his younger brother on the front lawn of the Vicarage in Long Compton, Warwickshire where the family were billeted. The photograph was taken in May, 1944, just three weeks or so before Taffy was killed in a flying accident.
